Under the Links on this web page the entire renewal application can be viewed. The HCBS Waiver for Persons with Physical Disabilities was renewed effective 01/01/2018. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the renewal contingent upon the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) updating the PD Waiver rate methodologies. The DHCFP initiated the review in 10/2018 and completed in 02/2019.
The rate methodologies are now available and will be added to the approved PD Waiver. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that states obtain public input for a waiver amendment in accordance with 42 CFR 441.304(f) The DHCFP requests public comment regarding the PD Waiver Amendment.
